Welcome To The Community Clinic of Shelbyville and Bedford County, Inc.!
We are a dental and medical clinic providing limited health care for the uninsured and low-income (at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level) adults of Bedford County, Tennessee.
Since 2003, the Community Clinic has provided quality preventive healthcare which is essential to saving lives, reducing disability, and lowering costs for medical care.

Patients are required to schedule an appointment and must contact the clinic for appointment cancellation.
Patients are required to bring medication list or bottles for each medical visit. All medication refills require an appointment with a medical provider.
CCSBC has CDC COVID protocols for patients and staff: daily temperature checks, masks required, only dental and medical patients allowed in clinics.
Financial income and eligibility are verified annually.
Dental Supply Fee
- $50 for ages 18-64
- $25 for 65+
- $0 for TennCare dental
Medical Supply Fee (Please make an appointment and bring immunization sheet to the Clinic)
- $25 Medical lab fee
- $10 School Physicals (2nd Thursdays from 8:30 am to 10:00 am)
